Eric crafts tailored financial plans for clients designed to address each of their goals while staying aligned with their time horizon and tolerance for risk. Eric has expertise in comprehensive financial planning services, with a specialty in portfolio management.
Eric has in-depth knowledge of the needs individual face both before and after retirement, and engages in retirement planning for a variety of important issues, such as sources of retirement income, employer-sponsored retirement plans, tax planning, retirement cash flow, asset management, estate planning and more.
He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst®designation, which he attained after successfully completing advanced investment management consulting coursework provided through The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. CIMA® professionals apply state-of-the-art investment theory and integrate a complex body of investment knowledge systematically and ethically to assist clients in making prudent investment decisions.
Before joining Raymond James, Eric was First Vice President, investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, and previously worked as manager of Mitchell’s Clothing. He attended State Tech and is a Southaven High School alum.
Active in his community, Eric is a parishioner at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and a past member of the Economic Club of Memphis. He previously was treasurer and a greeting committee member of his local Kiwanis chapter, and participated in the Sister Ruth Anne program at Saint Benedict’s High School.
Eric has been playing the drums since he was 15 years old and is still a working musician, playing live with bands and recording music. He enjoys fishing, playing disc golf and Frisbee, as well as being outdoors. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he lives in Memphis and has two children, Tabitha and Sara.
